Shipping Online Orders

Orders are shipped via UPS on business days only and within 24 hours of ordering. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

* We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

Shipments to APO/FPO and P.O. Box Addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO address, but some restrictions apply.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii

Items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us via email or (844) 277-2683.
Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from free shipping discount.

Shipping / Handling Charges

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 to orders everywhere in the U.S., excluding Alaska & Hawaii.
Orders totaling over $300.00 receive free shipping, excluding Alaska & Hawaii.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your Cotê Hair Care experience to be awesome. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us and we will be happy to credit your account for the purchase amount or exchange the item(s) for other Cotê Hair Care products of your choosing.

1) Email customerservice@cotehair.com to request an RMA #, or login to your account & create a return ticket.
When you receive the RMA #, please print it and enclose it in the return package.

Please send a copy of your original invoice and place it inside the return package.

2). Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. Please address your return package to:

3) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post).

In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

* Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

* Most exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 10 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased online at Cotê Hair Care may be returned for refund or exchange. For Cotê Hair products purchased from your awesome hairdresser, please return your products directly to them.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please check for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email or (844) 277-2683.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
